Refund and Cancellation

·       For pre-paid orders, the amount will be credited to the original source of payment post cancellation or return.

·       It is mandatory for items being returned to be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact to be eligible for refund. 

·       Once the order has been picked up, the refund will be initiated to the original source of payment after the product has reached the seller. Post initiation, a refund will take 3 to 4 working days to reflect.

·       Refund via payment gateways take 5-7 working days excluding Saturdays/Sundays and bank holidays.

·       In the event that a returned item is found to have been used, damaged, or original tags or MRP tags missing, it will be re-shipped to the customer. If a customer fails to accept the receipt of the re-shipped item, the customer shall continue to be ineligible for the refund. In such scenarios, Cartrefs assumes no liability with respect to the return or refund of the re-shipped item. For more information, please write to us at support@cartrefs.com.

·        Cancellation

·       You can cancel an order until we process and ship the order. Your order will be displayed in Order Confirmed status while it is eligible for cancellation.

·       To cancel an order, click/tap “My Orders” section under the main menu of the Cartrefs website, after logging in to your account and select the item or order you want to cancel. 

·       For pre-paid orders, the amount will be credited to original source of payment post cancellation. For COD orders, a refund will not be applicable as no payment has been made by the customer at the time of cancelling the order.

·       Once an order is cancelled, it cannot be undone. You will have to place a fresh order if you want to reorder the product.

·      We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. For instance, an order may be cancelled due to limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, issues identified by our credit and anti-fraud department, or due to violation of our terms of service.
