Showroom at Home is a novel service crafted by Cartrefs for our clients to experience and enjoy authentic shopping moments, such as touching and feeling a product, being assisted by dedicated delivery personnel, trying a product multiple times before deciding to make a purchase and so on, from the comfort of their homes.
Contrary to traditional online shopping sites, where you need to make pre-paid transactions to try an item on before purchasing it, Showroom at Home is a fresh approach to the Try and Buy sales model, in the sense that no pre-payments are required to avail this service.
The Showroom at Home option enables a customer to find all products that are eligible for trial at
home. Once chosen, our dedicated delivery personnel will deliver the products to the customer within
4 hours. The customer gets to try our products before they purchase it, just the way they do in physical stores.
Showroom at Home allows you to try out your purchases at the time of delivery, pay only for what you like and return the rest of the products on-the-spot to the sales executives.
When you have got an impromptu function to attend…or you open your wardrobe and notice that you have a full wardrobe and yet you have “nothing to wear”, do not fret! For this is where Cartrefs swoops in to your rescue, because our orders are delivered in a span of 250 minutes! And in case there are delays in deliveries for orders placed through Showroom at Home, Cartrefs will give the item of the least value in the order free to our customers as a token of our gratitude and appreciation.
A convenience fee of INR 150 is levied on each order. Each customer is eligible to have the convenience fee waived off on the first five orders if they purchase any of the products. Furthermore, the maximum items that can be placed in a single Showroom at Home order is five.
At Cartrefs, we understand that sometimes our customers may have second thoughts about their purchases. Hence, we have added a caveat that allows our customers to return the purchased products within 48 hours of the order being delivered, provided the product is in its original condition from their doorstep without any hassle.
Keeping in mind the personal interaction we receive at physical stores, Cartrefs ensures that our dedicated delivery personnel are capable to offer advice on the products ordered via Showroom at Home.
